Cardigans are a fall and winter clothing essential. Layering with them is an absolute must! When it’s chilly outside, a go to casual outfit for most of us probably consists of #1: LEGGINGS, a basic top or tank, and of course, a fabulous cardigan. Once accessories are added, the look really comes together! Now that I’m a mom, this has easily become my fall and winter casual ‘uniform’ that really helps me feel put together while keeping warm and cozy 🙂 For today’s post, I’ve gathered up some of the coziest cardis all priced at $50 and under. I hope you enjoy!
Cold Weather Clothing Essential: Cozy Cardigans Under $50
Neutral Waffle Knit Cardigan | Nordstrom Rack
A waffle knit cardi is classic and sophisticated. The oatmeal color of this one would look great with just about anything you pair it with from your closet. I like the idea of wearing this color with an all black look to brighten it up a bit for fall and winter.
Black Cardigan with Pearl Detail | Nordstrom
It’s all about the details! And pearl details are having major moment right now. I love that this one is solid black and has just a hint of detail on the ends of the sleeves. This would be perfect for an all black look.
Leopard Print Cardigan | Target
I had to throw in a little leopard! this one is a steal at just $24.99, and it has little “pops” of blush throughout. This neutral cardigan can be worn all year long for casual or dressy looks.
Blush Pink Slouchy Chenille Cardigan | American Eagle Outfitters
Chenille is super soft and will keep you so warm, with or without a coat on top! Blush is such a pretty and feminine color to wear. This can be worn over a chambray top, paired with your favorite skinnies, leggings, and slip on sneakers for a cute and casual vibe.
Printed Cardigan | Gap Factory
The print on this one is so fun! This one would look great with dark washed skinny jeans and either riding boots or Uggs!
Longline Cardigan | Forever 21
How cute is this more “structured” cardi? I love the way it’s worn on the model here, but there are so many more ways to dress this up or down.
